Holly Brown is a seasoned real estate consultant with Berkshire Hathaway in Austin, Texas. Holly and her husband Eric started a residential construction business in Alaska in 2005. They also bought and sold homes during the market crash of 2008 with an inexperienced agent. Holly's "school of hard knocks" experiences inspired her interest in real estate and led her to become a licensed real estate agent in 2010. Becoming a skilled, competitive NAR Member in the dynamic residential real estate and construction industry takes years and continues daily. Her business strategy consists of leveraging state-of-the-art technology to enhance her share of the market, along with sales training and continuing education. She has learned that it takes a "team" of professionals to ensure a smooth transaction for her clients, thus making it a priority to work with the best in their field. Holly is a member of the National Board of REALTORS®, the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and the Texas Association of REALTORS®. In addition, she has completed and attained business training through the Graduate REALTOR® Institute and has achieved her GRI designation.
Holly enjoys anything to do with nature and outdoor activities. Holly grew up moving every 3 years as a military brat and her father retired in Alaska. Holly met her husband Eric in Alaska, and they have two beautiful daughters, Kiara and Kennedy. As a family, they enjoy fishing, camping, boating, rafting, hiking, playing corn hole, horseshoes, card games, and visiting Alaska during the summer to stock up on salmon and spend time with their loved ones who still reside there. Holly understands how quickly time passes and makes it a point to cherish every moment. The life we've built in Austin has been a blessing to our family and are grateful for the opportunities the area provides.
